Priscilla Robinson in the studio - 1994

ARTIST STATEMENT

I create dimensional works with handmade paper, using centuries-old techniques to pursue a decidedly modern vision of nature, change, and interdependence. My two-dimensional works for the wall are nearly sculptural in their effect and abound in rich texture. I am interested in the motifs of water, leaves, air and light.
